For years, we have been providing tech-support via various methods.  Whether you need assistance with software installation, or troubleshooting a data center, our expert engineers are available 24x7 to assist.

Typically we do not bill unless the problem is resolved that you contacted us for. However, there are times when we have to bill regardless of the result.  Please let us know what you need, and we will be happy to let you know up front.

Support can be provided various ways.

  • On-site: Typically same day service unless notified otherwise.  There is no travel charge, and the rate is $175 per hour. One hour minimum.
     
  • Telephone: The rate is $75 per hour.  15 minute minimum.
     
  • Remote Assistance: Using internet technology, we can log on to your computer or server, and troubleshoot/assist remotely. Various methods are available that enable us to support this way.  The rate is $125 per hour, and 15 minute minimum.
